Following on from the successful events in 2009, 2011 and 2012, photokina staged the Business Forum Imaging Cologne 2013 under the new title “Memories are more... SMART”, February 27 to 28, 2013, at the Congress Center North of Koelnmesse. Top international managers and independent experts shared their visions of the future imaging industry in view of the exciting trends and innovations presented at photokina 2012 to a distinguished audience of delegates from manufacturers, imaging service providers and retailers.

The partners supporting the event are the Photoindustrie-Verband (German Photographic Industry Association) and GfK Retail and Technology. As before, the conference was organized by INTERNATIONAL CONTACT in cooperation with Photo Imaging News, the global US-based information service.
